When a trial or paid year ends unpaid, the organisation moves to Free Forever automatically — the other modules are hidden, not deleted, and come back with their data when you upgrade. Nothing is deleted or deactivated to fit Free Forever's limits: existing employees and records stay, only adding more is blocked. Organisations already on the old ad-supported free plan get at least 30 days' email notice, then move to Free Forever unless they take the Annual plan.
