Visitors who have a question right now do not fill in contact forms — they leave. A chat box on your site catches that question while they are still interested, and a shared inbox makes sure someone on your team actually answers it.
No credit card at signup. No trial clock. Your organisation gets its own isolated database.
Chat Support is one of the modules in ADMINFACE. Switch it on, paste one line of code into your website, and start answering.
Copy a single script tag into any website — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, a static site or your own app — just before the closing body tag. No plugin required.
Every chat lands in one list your team works from. Filter by open, pending or resolved, by agent, by tag or by channel, and search names and message text.
Visitors can send a screenshot or a document, and your team can reply with photos, PDFs and other files, right inside the chat.
Visitors see when someone is writing back, and your team sees when the visitor is typing, so nobody talks over each other.
Agents, supervisors and admins, with manual assignment or automatic round-robin so new chats are shared out fairly.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number and WhatsApp chats arrive in the same inbox. Optional — website chat works without it.
Most of the time goes on choosing a greeting and a colour.
Sign up free and get your own ADMINFACE workspace. No card and no sales call.
Turn the module on in Settings, then set the widget colour, greeting, button text and working hours.
Copy the one-line script into your website. Optionally lock it to your own domains so nobody else can embed it.
Add your colleagues as agents. New chats ping them with a bell alert and a phone notification.
A contact form asks a visitor to write a message, leave, and wait an unknown amount of time for an email. Most people with a quick question will not bother. A chat box changes the deal: they can ask in one line, see that a person is on the other side, and get an answer while they still have the page open.
That matters most for businesses where a single conversation is valuable — a clinic answering appointment questions, a training institute explaining a course, a manufacturer quoting a part, a local service business confirming it covers a postcode. One answered question is often the difference between an enquiry and a bounce.
A round chat button sits in the corner of your site, in your colour, on the left or right. Clicking it opens a small window with your greeting. The visitor types their name — and, if they like, an email address or phone number — then their question. From there it is a normal conversation: messages, files, and a "typing…" line when your team is replying.
Every conversation appears in the Chat Support inbox within a few seconds. Each chat shows the page the visitor started on, whether they are still on your website or have left, and the full history of messages and files. Working from one list means two people never answer the same customer twice, and a customer is never left waiting because the one person who saw the message went home.
/ to insert a saved answer, with the customer's first name filled in.Many customers would rather message you on WhatsApp than in a browser window. The widget lets you choose: website chat only, WhatsApp only (the button opens WhatsApp on the visitor's phone), or both, so each visitor picks. If you connect your WhatsApp Business number, those conversations arrive in the same inbox as website chats, with a channel filter to tell them apart. WhatsApp's own rule still applies to WhatsApp chats — free-form replies are allowed for 24 hours after the customer's last message — and the inbox shows how long is left.
Chat Support lives in the same workspace as the rest of your business: your employees, attendance, leave, tasks, leads and more. Your agents already have logins, so there is no separate user list to keep in sync, and when someone leaves the company, removing their employee account removes their inbox access too.
It is worth being clear about the limits. There is no AI chatbot answering on your behalf — every reply comes from a person on your team. It does not connect Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email inboxes; the channels are your website and WhatsApp. Files shared in chats are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, so save anything you need to keep. If you need automated bots, a dozen social channels or a contact-centre SLA, a dedicated paid help-desk product will suit you better.

Yes. Chat Support is included in the free plan with no per-agent fee and no message limit, and it does not use the paid WhatsApp wallet. The free plan shows ads inside the logged-in ADMINFACE app — never in the chat widget on your website.
If you can add a line of HTML to your pages, yes. That covers WordPress (via a header/footer code setting or theme), Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, static sites and custom-built apps. You paste one script tag before the closing body tag.
No. Website chat works on its own and needs no WhatsApp account. WhatsApp is an optional second channel: connect your WhatsApp Business number if you want those chats in the same inbox.
Only their name. Email and phone number are optional. If they give an email address and leave your website before you reply, your reply is also sent to them by email.
Yes. The inbox works in a mobile browser and in the ADMINFACE app, and agents get a bell alert plus a push notification on their phone when a new message arrives.
You can restrict the widget to your own domains, so it refuses to load anywhere else. You can also generate a new code at any time, which switches off every copy of the old one.
No. Every answer comes from a person on your team. Saved replies with a "/" shortcut make common answers quick, but nothing is sent automatically on your behalf.
